Claim this listing →Shortlist DevDock if you are a Windows developer or freelancer who juggles several local repos and keeps retyping the same start, build and Docker commands. The free tier is enough to judge it, since three projects with Git, Docker, health checks and the security audit are included; only pay for Pro if you need more than three projects, multi-repo projects, custom workflows, full run history, SSH transfers or the database tools.
Pro is a single Microsoft Store purchase priced in rupees, so there is no forex markup or subscription, but the Store listing does not say whether GST is included or whether a GST invoice is issued, so a business buyer should check the receipt before claiming input credit. The trade-off against just using VS Code, Windows Terminal and Docker Desktop is that DevDock adds a project memory and safety rails, not new power, and it comes from a solo developer with a three month old app and no Store ratings yet. If you are on macOS or Linux, or already run everything from a well organised terminal setup, skip it.

In short
DevDock is listed under Developer Tools, reviewed for Indian buyers. FindThatSoftware rates it best for windows developers running several local projects who want saved commands and output per project; a poor fit for developers on macOS or Linux, since the current app is Windows only.

Audit your spendDevDock is a Windows desktop app built by Martin Grüner, an independent developer who sells it through the Microsoft Store. You register local project folders and the vendor says it detects each project's languages, frameworks, package managers and Docker setup by reading files only, without running any project code. Each project gets a workspace with saved commands and live output, run history, a project health check, guided Git actions (branch switch with stash, fetch, pull, commit, push review), Docker Compose service health and a read-only local scan for exposed secrets, private keys and missing lockfiles. Version 1.4 also shows when Claude Code or Codex is active in a project. The free version covers up to three projects with the 20 most recent runs each; a one-time Pro purchase adds unlimited and multi-folder projects, custom workflows, full history, database tools for SQLite, MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL, SSH file transfers and configuration backup. It is Windows only (Windows 10 build 19041 or later, x64 and Arm64), English only, needs no account and the vendor says it does not upload source code.
