- ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- A description of the type of customer a product or business is the best fit for.
- MDR (Merchant Discount Rate)

- PMS (Property Management System)

- POS (Point of Sale)
- The system used to take payments and record sales at the point of purchase.
- SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Software you access over the internet for a recurring subscription, rather than installing and owning it.
- SFA (Sales Force Automation)
- Field-sales software that digitises beats, orders and retailer visits.
- TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- The full cost of a tool over its life - not just the subscription.
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- India's real-time bank-to-bank payment system used for instant digital payments.
