The English pricing page shows US dollars, while the default Chinese site shows yuan; there is no rupee price and no mention of GST or tax, and while the order screen has a view invoice button, no GST invoice is described. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, unused subscription calls reset every month, yearly plans cost the same as ten months, and one-time call packs expire after 60 days. Plans take card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Alipay works only for packs, no refund policy is published, buying through an API marketplace such as RapidAPI may carry that marketplace's own terms, and volumes above the largest pack need an email to support.
Ecommerce Data API bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site. Pricing last verified Oct 22, 2026.
