Prices are in US dollars and the terms say they include the taxes the vendor is required to charge, but no GST invoice is mentioned, so an Indian business should not count on input credit. The Event Pass is a one-time payment that never renews, and premium locks styled with it stop opening when its 15 or 30 days end. Pro yearly works out to roughly 5 months free versus monthly and Pro is required for any commercial use.
Lock Challenge bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
