Neatbo advertises $4/mo. A GST-registered business in India pays about ₹394 a month (₹4,727/yr) once the roughly 3.5% card forex markup is added, and it reclaims GST as input credit. If you cannot reclaim GST, it is about ₹465 a month with 18% GST on top.

Pay annually, save up to 33%. Neatbo's Neatbo Pro plan is about 33% cheaper billed yearly than month-to-month, roughly ₹2,364/year less. Toggle the billing cycle above to compare every plan.
Pro is priced in US dollars and offered monthly or annually, with annual working out about a third cheaper than paying monthly. It auto-renews until cancelled in the Stripe billing portal, access runs to the end of the paid period, and a full refund revokes that period; after expiry only the oldest saved workflow stays editable and the rest are deleted after 90 days. The site does not mention GST or tax invoices, and checkout requires a Google sign-in.
Neatbo bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site. Pricing last verified Oct 26, 2026.
