The case for
- Signing up is free with no setup fee and no monthly charge, and you ship from a prepaid wallet you top up as needed
- Starting rates are published per courier, with Delhivery at ₹45.00 and DTDC at ₹38.50 for a forward 0.5kg shipment
- Every account gets a named accounts manager as a single point of contact for courier escalations during business hours
The catch
- Only forward 0.5kg headline rates are published. COD fees, RTO charges and zone wise weight slabs surface only after you sign up
- Billing uses volumetric weight with a conversion factor of 4500 for FedEx, so a light bulky parcel is charged well above its actual weight
- Loss and damage compensation is capped per courier partner at a fixed amount or product value, whichever is lower, and that cap appears only in your signed agreement
- Zone E covering Jammu and Kashmir and the North East runs 4 to 6 days, the slowest band on the published delivery chart
