Behafhas no monthly sticker price, which is why most directories list it as "custom" and leave you guessing. It bills per message, so your real cost depends on volume. 18% GST applies on the fee, and a registered business reclaims it as input credit.

Behaf bills in rupees per shipped order, as a percentage of order value plus a small fixed amount, with 18% GST added on that fee; the first 100 brands keep the lower percentage for life and later brands pay double the percentage. There is no monthly or setup fee, shipping and return-to-origin charges come separately from your Shiprocket wallet, and the fee is still owed on orders that ship and come back. Prepaid money is held and paid out 7 days after the order minus the fee, COD fees are taken from your next prepaid payout or invoiced for payment within 7 days, and refunds to buyers follow your own policy. Sellers who join on a GST enrolment number instead of a GSTIN must keep their sales within their own state, and the terms say a reversed or refunded buyer payment may be adjusted against your payouts.
A monthly plan is capped; a per-messagerate is not. At low volume a percentage rate is the cheaper deal, and past a certain point a flat monthly tool wins. Model your own volume before assuming "no monthly fee" means cheaper.
GST is charged on the message fee, not on the full value you process. A registered business reclaims it as input credit, so the fee before GST is the number that matters. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%.
