Plans are priced in euros and sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which the terms say handles tax collection; the site does not say whether Indian GST is added or whether a GST invoice is issued. You can pay monthly or once a year, the annual payment works out about a sixth cheaper, subscriptions auto renew at the then current rate, and fees are non refundable except where law or Lemon Squeezy policy requires. The monthly page allowance resets every 30 days without rollover, harder documents in Deep mode use two pages of allowance each, and top up packs and extra users cost extra. Each plan also has a separate monthly OCR page cap alongside its page allowance, and the 30 day trial is limited to 100 pages.
Foxello bills in EUR, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
