Check two things in writing before paying: whether the trial needs a card (the pricing page says no, the terms say payment details and a small card verification charge at sign-up with a 30-day trial), whether branded mobile apps are included on your plan, since no plan card lists them and we found no app store listing, and whether the academy itself can run on your own domain, which the help docs leave unclear. It is a young company with thin public documentation, so ask for a demo and export terms first. Institutes running many batches with attendance and fee workflows will likely be better served by Classplus or Teachmint.

Skolasti is made by InovarTech Private Limited, a Hyderabad company registered in Telangana (CIN U72900TG2021PTC151382). It gives a coach an academy site on a skolasti.com subdomain to host and sell self-paced courses, live classes through Zoom or Google Meet from the Pro plan and a built-in live tool on Growth, quizzes with a question bank, certificates and digital downloads. Plans are priced per coach per month or per year in rupees, with a 4.99% platform fee on every sale that the vendor says already covers payment gateway charges, and unlimited learners on every plan. The vendor says it protects video with DRM and watermarking and includes Saara, an AI assistant that drafts lessons, quizzes and marketing copy from the coach's own material, billed on token usage after the trial. The vendor also says branded mobile apps are available on higher plans, but no plan lists them and we found no app store listing.
