Prices are in US dollars and charged by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with yearly billing priced at ten months of the monthly rate. The terms say payments are non refundable except where the law requires, and that no sales tax or VAT is added at checkout; GST invoicing is not mentioned. Cancelling stops future charges and paid features last until the end of the paid period. Signatures, escrow, acquisitions and work done by people are quoted up front and billed separately from the plan. The Team Pack directory add-on is available on every plan, including Free, and the vendor does not say whether it is a one-time charge.
URX bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
