Delivety alternatives in India

Why people look for Delivety alternatives

Delivety is a solid choice for Cloud kitchens and delivery first restaurants running their own courier fleet, but it is not the right fit for everyone. The most common reasons buyers on this page are weighing a switch:

• •Restaurants whose orders mostly come through Swiggy or Zomato and need aggregator sync
• •No Indian payment gateway: the vendor names PayPal and Stripe (its app also lists LiqPay and a custom provider), with no Razorpay, PayU, UPI, Swiggy or Zomato integration mentioned
• •Billed in US dollars (agency plans in euros) by a Cyprus company, with no GST invoice mentioned, so Indian buyers face forex costs and must handle GST themselves

Pricing note: The plans page served to India shows prices in US dollars, monthly only, with no annual option; agency plans are priced in euros and exclude VAT, and the two extensions are listed as starting prices. The vendor says every order counts toward the cap on agency plans, including cancelled, rejected and test orders, and that those plans move up automatically with volume, but it does not say how orders are counted on the self serve plans. The terms say subscriptions renew automatically, fees are non refundable except where the law requires, sales tax or VAT may be added depending on location, and the vendor may ask for billing details to start the free trial and charge when it ends; GST invoicing is not mentioned. The free Basic plan is listed but marked currently unavailable, so the cheapest way to stay on is the Standard plan after the 7 day trial. Start from your actual constraint (cost, complexity, or a missing workflow) and pick the alternative below that fixes it without creating new operational mess.
