All tiers include the same tools and differ only in credits; a follower, Reels or comment check costs 10 credits, a competitor comparison 20, and the engagement ghost scan needs an extra 30 credit unlock, even though the homepage FAQ describes a check as one query. New accounts get free sign-up credits that the vendor says cover a first check, with no card needed, but the number of credits is not published and there is no free plan or trial. Monthly credits are valid for one month and the Terms say all purchases are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. The struck-through prices shown next to every plan are reference prices the site never says were charged, and it says nothing about GST, tax handling or which payment processor charges your card.
