All products are billed monthly in US dollars and the terms say charges are exclusive of taxes, so Indian buyers pay forex costs and get no GST input credit. Some products carry one-time setup fees, the entry price differs between the website and the order portal, and GPU clusters, managed services and cPanel hosting are quote only.
MarQi Cloud bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
