OLMhas no monthly sticker price, which is why most directories list it as "custom" and leave you guessing. It bills per unit of usage, so your real cost depends on volume. 18% GST applies on the fee, and a registered business reclaims it as input credit.
Published standard rates, as verified from the vendor's own charges page. Rates exclude 18% GST and are negotiable at volume.
| Plan | Billing | What you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Member platform fee | per unit of usage | Paid by the gym's members, not the gym. A flat 2 percent of the gym's price is added on top of every charge, including memberships, drop-ins, class packs, seminars, private lessons and front desk items, with no cap. Shown as its own line before payment and on every receipt; refunded in proportion on refunds. |
| SMS beyond monthly allowance | per unit of usage | Per-message rate not published; billed to the gym under Terms section 4 for text messages beyond the monthly allowance, which is also not published. |
| Gym accountno fixed fee | recurring | The gym pays OLM no subscription. Every feature, every integration, unlimited members and check-ins, white-labeled member app, priority support. The gym still pays Stripe processing on its own prices directly to Stripe, and text messages beyond a monthly allowance are billed per message. |
| White-glove onboarding | one-time | Optional. Roster import from your current software, Stripe Connect setup on a call, member app themed to your brand, and going-live support with the founder. The fee is waived if the gym is not checking members in and billing through OLM within 14 days of the onboarding call. |
The gym pays OLM no subscription; members pay a flat percentage platform fee on top of every charge, shown as its own line, and the matching part is returned on refunds. The terms say text messages beyond a monthly allowance are billed to the gym per message, and neither the allowance nor the rate is published. Stripe bills its own processing to the gym's connected account, and the vendor shows prices only in US dollars with no statement on GST or Indian taxes. White-glove onboarding is a one-time optional fee that the vendor says is waived if the gym is not live within two weeks of the onboarding call, and the about page says gyms already on OLM will not be moved to a monthly subscription.
A monthly plan is capped; a per-unit of usagerate is not. At low volume a percentage rate is the cheaper deal, and past a certain point a flat monthly tool wins. Model your own volume before assuming "no monthly fee" means cheaper.
GST is charged on the unit of usage fee, not on the full value you process. A registered business reclaims it as input credit, so the fee before GST is the number that matters. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%.
Indicative, not a quote. Published rates are standard retail rates for a new account and are commonly negotiated down at volume. Confirm current rates with the vendor before you commit. Rates last verified Oct 26, 2026.
