Prometheus alternatives in India

Why people look for Prometheus alternatives

Prometheus is a solid choice for Independent personal trainers and online coaches who want programming, nutrition, video review and invoicing in one app, but it is not the right fit for everyone. The most common reasons buyers on this page are weighing a switch:

• •Indian gyms that need INR pricing and GST invoices from their software vendor
• •Billing is in euros for gyms and US dollars for coaches and studios, with no INR pricing and no mention of GST invoices; the operating company says it does not yet have a VAT ID
• •Peakforce OÜ was registered in Estonia in December 2025 with one shareholder, and the vendor application named a Swiss GmbH that the site never mentions

Pricing note: Gym plans are shown as monthly prices only, with no yearly option published, and are charged in euros (Swiss francs in Switzerland at the same number), while coach plans and Studio Light are charged in US dollars with a yearly option that equals ten months. Trials are 30 days for gyms and 14 days for coaches and Studio Light, with no card required, and the vendor says there is no setup fee, migration fee or minimum term. The site does not mention GST, Indian invoicing or a refund policy for the business plans, and AI credits for gyms are prepaid at an unpublished rate. Start from your actual constraint (cost, complexity, or a missing workflow) and pick the alternative below that fixes it without creating new operational mess.
