Claim this listing →Shortlist it if you are an independent personal trainer or online coach in India who wants programming, nutrition, video check-ins and invoicing in one place, because the coach plans are priced by client count and Razorpay is a supported way for your clients to pay you, and you can price your own client plans in Indian rupees. Indian gyms should be more careful: the gym plans are billed in euros (Swiss francs in Switzerland), with no rupee option, which makes the entry plan expensive next to Indian gym software, and nothing on the site mentions GST invoices or Indian billing.
Before paying, confirm in writing whether Peakforce OÜ can issue an invoice your CA will accept, how the foreign currency charge will land on your card, and what the AI credits cost. The company behind it was registered in Estonia in December 2025, so it is a young business with no public track record yet, even though the founder has a long coaching history. Against a coaching app such as Trainerize, the trade-off is every feature at every client band for a lower entry price, versus a closed system with no API.

In short
Prometheus is listed under Salon, Spa & Wellness, reviewed for Indian buyers. All-in it runs about ₹1,550/mo for a GST-registered business ($15.83/mo sticker plus about 3.5% card forex). FindThatSoftware rates it best for independent personal trainers and online coaches who want programming, nutrition, video review and invoicing in one app; a poor fit for Indian gyms that need INR pricing and GST invoices from their software vendor.
Registered business, per month
₹1,550
Prometheus advertises $15.83/mo. A GST-registered business in India pays about ₹1,550 a month (₹18,597/yr) once the roughly 3.5% card forex markup is added, with GST reclaimed as input credit. If you cannot reclaim GST, it is about ₹1,829 a month.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed, and GST-registered businesses may reclaim input credit. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site.

Audit your spendPrometheus is made by Peakforce OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and founded by strength coach Daniele Pauli, who built his career in Zurich. The vendor sells two things: gym software on its own app (reception desk, member check-in, classes, memberships, point of sale, shifts and payroll export, invoicing and books, plus a head office view across locations), and personal trainer software (programmes, nutrition plans, video review, built-in video calls, invoicing and a sales assistant) that can switch on a one-location studio plan called Studio Light inside the same account. It is delivered as a web app with a free client app on iPhone and Android, and client payments run through Stripe, Razorpay, Xendit or dLocal. The vendor states openly that there is no public API or integration marketplace, that it is not certified for German fiscal cash register rules, and that the interface is in German, English and French (Italian too for the coach and studio app). Studio Light also lacks self check-in, spot booking for specific bikes or reformers, belt gradings and family accounts, according to the vendor.

Whether Prometheus issues an India GST invoice is not verified yet. Foreign-billed tools usually don't, in which case a registered business reclaims GST via reverse charge; confirm the vendor's billing before you buy.
Prometheus can work for Indian buyers, but check currency, tax, billing, support, and whether the workflow justifies foreign-currency pricing.
Prometheus does not list a permanent free plan in FindThatSoftware data. Check the official pricing page for trial terms and current offers.
