PMS (Property Management System)
Hotel software for managing reservations, front desk, rooms and rates.
A PMS, or Property Management System, is the core software a hotel or guesthouse uses to manage reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, room availability, rates and billing. It is the system of record for a property's operations.
A good hotel PMS usually includes a channel manager (to sync availability across OTAs like MakeMyTrip and Booking.com) and a booking engine for direct reservations, so you rarely need to buy those separately.
