Quote only. Lists above 500,000 subscribed contacts are priced by email to the vendor. Amazon SES sending costs are paid separately to AWS.
Paid plans are priced monthly in USD by subscribed-contact band, and no annual price is published even though the terms allow annual billing. With auto-upgrade on (the default) a growing list moves up a band and the difference is charged straight away, while move-downs happen shortly before the next billing date with no refund. The cheaper bring-your-own-SES price excludes Amazon's per-email charges on a separate AWS bill, and only support can switch the sending mode after signup. Tax is added only where the vendor is registered and no GST invoice is mentioned, so Indian buyers should expect a foreign-currency card charge without GST input credit.
EmailFig bills in USD, so an Indian card charges about 3.5% over the mid-market rate on every payment. This is the real, unavoidable India premium, and unlike GST it is not reclaimable.
18% GST applies, but it is not a flat add-on. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, and foreign B2B is reverse-charged so the vendor bills no GST. Only an unregistered buyer bears the full 18%, and some Indian vendors already include it.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site. Pricing last verified Oct 8, 2026.
