ScanQueue alternatives in India

Why people look for ScanQueue alternatives

ScanQueue is a solid choice for Clinics, salons and barbershops that take walk-ins and want patients or clients to wait outside, but it is not the right fit for everyone. The most common reasons buyers on this page are weighing a switch:

• •Indian single-outlet businesses that want rupee pricing, UPI payment or a GST invoice
• •Billed in US dollars by card through Stripe from an Australian company (Tugadot Pty Ltd), with invoice billing only on Enterprise; fees exclude taxes and the vendor does not say it issues an Indian GST invoice
• •SMS to Indian numbers uses two credits per text per the vendor's own table, so a plan's listed SMS allowance covers half as many Indian customers, and the Square based ordering feature cannot be used in India

Pricing note: Prices are shown and charged in US dollars by card through Stripe, Enterprise can also pay by invoice on net 30 terms, and the terms say fees exclude applicable taxes, so Indian buyers should expect forex charges on top and no stated Indian GST invoice. Growth, Pro and Enterprise can be paid yearly at a 15 percent discount, while Essential is monthly only, although the terms still say paid plans are billed monthly in advance; plans auto-renew, renewal charges are not refunded, and a refund is possible only within 14 days of the first payment if fewer than 10 queue entries were processed and no team members were added. The announcement of annual plans mentions a prorated refund where your region supports it, which the terms do not repeat, so confirm in writing before paying yearly. WhatsApp and SMS allowances reset monthly, the terms say unused SMS credits do not carry over, and texts to Indian numbers use two SMS credits each. Start from your actual constraint (cost, complexity, or a missing workflow) and pick the alternative below that fixes it without creating new operational mess.
