BSP (WhatsApp Business Solution Provider)

A BSP, or Business Solution Provider, is a Meta-approved company (such as AiSensy, Wati, Interakt or Gallabox) that provides access to the WhatsApp Business API along with a shared team inbox, broadcasts, chatbots and automation. You pay the BSP a platform subscription.

Separately, Meta charges a per-conversation fee billed through the BSP. So your total WhatsApp cost is the BSP platform fee plus Meta's conversation charges - two distinct costs that confuse many buyers.
