Claim this listing →Shortlist PolicyVault if you are a solo LIC or general insurance agent still keeping renewals in a register or Excel and want a cheap tool built around Indian insurer documents. Use the free week to upload a handful of your own policy PDFs and check how many fields come out right, since the vendor itself says extraction can misread documents.
Before paying, ask on WhatsApp for a GST invoice, who the legal operator is, and how you get your data out if the service stops, because none of that is on the site. Also think about consent: you would be sending clients' PAN, dates of birth and health details to an AI provider outside India. A general CRM or a well kept spreadsheet gives you more control and a known company behind it, while PolicyVault saves typing and gives you insurance specific reminders and registers out of the box.

In short
PolicyVault is listed under Industry Solutions, reviewed for Indian buyers. It costs about ₹167/mo before GST, billed in rupees. FindThatSoftware rates it best for solo insurance agents who track renewals in Excel or paper registers; a poor fit for brokers or agencies that need a named, contractable vendor with an uptime commitment.
Registered business, per month
₹167
PolicyVault is billed in rupees at ₹166.58/mo, so there is no forex markup. A registered business reclaims GST, so that is roughly the cost (₹1,999/yr). Without reclaim, add 18% for about ₹197 a month.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed, and GST-registered businesses may reclaim input credit. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site.

Audit your spendPolicyVault is a small web app for Indian insurance agents, run by an unnamed team that lists only a Gmail address and a WhatsApp number. Agents upload policy PDFs, the app suggests fields such as policy number, premium, sum insured, dates and vehicle details, and the agent reviews them before saving. It then tracks expiries, sends renewal reminders at set intervals before each due date, and exports a monthly Excel register of policies falling due. The vendor says uploaded PDFs go to Google Gemini for extraction with a text fallback to Groq, and that data sits on Supabase with the site hosted on Vercel. Plans cap how many policies you can add each month, and only the top plan allows more than one login.
