Claim this listing →Shortlist this if you are a solo advisor or a very small boutique agency that books through suppliers or a host agency and loses track of what is confirmed versus merely quoted, or paid versus merely receipted. The tracked change and verified receipt model is the useful idea here, and since every plan carries every feature, the 7 day trial on one real trip is a fair test.
Before paying, note that the product is new (the domain was registered in September 2026), billing runs through Stripe in US dollars from a US company with nothing said about GST invoices, so an Indian agency should not expect input tax credit, and there is no self-service export if you later want to leave. The sample trips are European and there is no handling of Indian suppliers, GST on packages or TCS on overseas tours. Compared with an Indian travel CRM or a shared Trello board, you get a cleaner confirmation and payment audit trail but give up maturity, India tax fit and any booking or payment collection.

In short
TripTended is listed under Industry Solutions, reviewed for Indian buyers. All-in it runs about ₹1,469/mo for a GST-registered business ($15/mo sticker plus about 3.5% card forex). FindThatSoftware rates it best for independent travel advisors who book through suppliers or a host agency and need to track what is confirmed, changed and paid on each trip; a poor fit for Indian agencies that need GST invoices, rupee billing or TCS handling on overseas packages.
Registered business, per month
₹1,469
TripTended advertises $15/mo. A GST-registered business in India pays about ₹1,469 a month (₹17,622/yr) once the roughly 3.5% card forex markup is added, with GST reclaimed as input credit. If you cannot reclaim GST, it is about ₹1,733 a month.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed, and GST-registered businesses may reclaim input credit. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site.

Audit your spendTripTended is a web app for independent travel advisors, operated according to its terms by Calibre Digital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with support through an email address on the dearios.ai domain. It covers the stretch between a client saying yes and the day they fly: supplier quotes and confirmations are forwarded, uploaded or pasted into a trip, client change requests become tracked changes with separate quote, client approval and supplier confirmation steps, and payment receipts sit in a ledger as unverified until the advisor checks them. The advisor publishes a branded client trip page with proposal options and a day by day itinerary, and a pre-departure check keeps a trip from being marked Ready while anything is open. An AI trip assistant built on OpenAI drafts proposals and itineraries from reviewed files, adds tasks and records receipts, but the vendor says it cannot book, verify payments, publish pages or mark a trip Ready. It does not book suppliers or move money, plans are capped by new trips per month and assistant credits, and the terms say self-service data export and full account deletion are not yet available.

Whether TripTended issues an India GST invoice is not verified yet. Foreign-billed tools usually don't, in which case a registered business reclaims GST via reverse charge; confirm the vendor's billing before you buy.
TripTended can work for Indian buyers, but check currency, tax, billing, support, and whether the workflow justifies foreign-currency pricing.
TripTended does not list a permanent free plan in FindThatSoftware data. Check the official pricing page for trial terms and current offers.
