These are each gateway's standard published per-transaction rates on domestic cards, netbanking and wallets, excluding 18% GST:
- Cashfree: 1.95%. Standard 1.95%; Amex 2.95%, international 2.99%.
- Razorpay: 2%. Flat 2% on domestic methods; international up to 3%.
- PayU: 2%. Commonly ~2% + GST; confirm your rate at onboarding.
- Instamojo: 2% + Rs.3/transaction. Free Payment Links at 2% + Rs.3 per transaction.
How to read the estimate
The calculator multiplies your monthly volume by each gateway's rate, adds any per-transaction flat fee, then adds 18% GST. It is a conservative estimate: UPI is often free or cheaper for merchants under zero-MDR policy, so your real cost may be lower, while international cards, Amex and EMI cost more.
