Claim this listing →SkipCalls is a cheap, feature-dense AI receptionist, but it is built for US and Canadian small businesses and that matters more than the feature list for an Indian buyer. Its own help centre lists no Indian phone numbers and says the number must be in the same country as your account, and its privacy policy says the service is designed for US-based users with data stored in the US.
Before shortlisting it, confirm with the vendor whether an Indian account can get a number at all and what forwarding an Indian mobile line to it would cost you. It suits Indian businesses that serve US or Canadian customers and need a US line answered overnight. For calls from Indian customers, an India-built voice agent or a cloud telephony tool with Indian numbers is the safer pick.

In short
SkipCalls is listed under Voice & Call Agents, reviewed for Indian buyers. All-in it runs about ₹1,623/mo for a GST-registered business ($16.58/mo sticker plus about 3.5% card forex). FindThatSoftware rates it best for Indian agencies or service firms with US or Canadian customers who need a local US or Canadian number answered around the clock, provided support agrees to issue one to an account based outside those countries; a poor fit for businesses whose callers are in India, since no Indian phone numbers are listed and the service says it is designed for US-based users.
Registered business, per month
₹1,623
SkipCalls advertises $16.58/mo. A GST-registered business in India pays about ₹1,623 a month (₹19,478/yr) once the roughly 3.5% card forex markup is added, with GST reclaimed as input credit. If you cannot reclaim GST, it is about ₹1,915 a month.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed, and GST-registered businesses may reclaim input credit. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site.

Audit your spendSkipCalls is built by CailTech Inc., a two-person team in California (founder and engineer Nikita Podelenko and co-founder and product designer Kristina K.) that launched the product in early 2025. It answers calls on a SkipCalls number or on your existing line through call forwarding, takes messages, books appointments into calendars such as Google, Outlook, Calendly and Cal.com, and sends transcripts and summaries to the owner. Every web plan includes AI replies to incoming texts. Growth adds an API, email replies, webhooks, team accounts and CRM sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber and others, and Business adds unlimited campaigns and custom HTTP or MCP tools the agent can call during a call. The vendor says the AI handles 10+ languages including Hindi, but phone numbers are only offered in the US, Canada and a handful of European countries and Israel. It is managed from a web dashboard and iOS and Android apps.
