Claim this listing →Shortlist TechoStop if you are a freelancer or a small Indian agency that wants one cheap login for client files, proposals, signatures and invoices instead of five separate tools. The breadth is real for the price, but it is a very young product run by a small founder-led team with no named company, no seller GSTIN on its own receipts and a strict no-refund policy, so treat it as a tool you can walk away from rather than your system of record.
Read Terms section 18 before you commit: it says downgrading permanently deletes anything above the new limits and a lapsed plan deletes the whole workspace 48 hours after expiry, while the pricing FAQ and another terms section say your data is kept, so export your data before any lapse or downgrade. The e-signature is a simple typed or drawn signature with timestamp and IP, not Aadhaar eSign, so use Leegality or Zoho Sign for agreements that need stronger legal proof. If you mainly need GST billing, Zoho Invoice or Vyapar are more mature, and HoneyBook or SuiteDash style portals are more polished but bill in dollars.

In short
TechoStop is listed under CRM, reviewed for Indian buyers. It costs about ₹299/mo before GST, billed in rupees. It does not issue an India GST invoice, so a registered business reclaims the GST via reverse charge. FindThatSoftware rates it best for Indian freelancers who want clients to log in and see files, invoices and proposals in one branded place; a poor fit for firms that need Aadhaar or certificate-based e-signatures, since the vendor says it is not a certifying authority under the IT Act.
Registered business, per month
₹299
TechoStop is billed in rupees at ₹299/mo, so there is no forex markup. A registered business reclaims GST, so that is roughly the cost (₹3,588/yr). Without reclaim, add 18% for about ₹353 a month.
Indicative, not a bill. The exchange rate is a single mid-market reference, not a live feed, and GST-registered businesses may reclaim input credit. Confirm current pricing on the vendor site.

Audit your spendTechoStop is a client portal and business management app built by Saptarshi Samanta's small team and operated from India, and its site names no registered company behind it. Each client gets an invited login to see projects, shared files, invoices, proposals to sign and chat, while the business also gets a public profile page with a booking calendar and forms. Invoices support multiple currencies, partial-payment tracking, your GSTIN and custom tax lines such as CGST plus SGST, and on the Business and Enterprise plans clients can pay through your own Razorpay account. The same workspace runs a small internal team with tasks, expenses with approvals, leave, an attendance calendar and payroll records, which the vendor says are record-keeping tools that do not pay salaries or file tax. Plans are sold monthly only in rupees through Razorpay, and there is no free plan or trial.

TechoStop is worth evaluating for Indian buyers, but the final fit depends on pricing limits, support, integrations, and setup effort.
TechoStop does not list a permanent free plan in FindThatSoftware data. Check the official pricing page for trial terms and current offers.
